4th Imperial for Leo
Many congratualtions to Grand Premier Karesama Silver Sea Prince Proudly owned and wonderfully shown by Sue Harbottle Sear. At Hertforshire and Middlesex show Leo won his 4th Imperial certificate, fingers crossed one more to go and he will be the FIRST Karesama Imperial title holder. he was Best of Breed, went forward and won Best of Variety Foreign Neuter and was finally crowned Best Foreign in Show – what a day. Along the way he also waas awarded show managers special and a judge’s special. Due to the birth of my first grandchild I have not shown for a couple of months but what an amazing day we had today. I took a burmilla kitten and a blue self kitten to the Three Counties cat show. The blue self Karsama Bluevelvet had a red card day and was Best of Breed and Karesama Silver Seavelvet my burmilla girl spolit her red card day by having a third place in one class but bless her she beat off stiff competion to be first and Best of Breed. Oh…and our lovely red burmese Kupro Red Fariequeen won her first CC at the tender age of 9 months. My thanks to Joyce and well done Ruby!

There are so many congratulations to give from the wonderful show on Saturday. First on the list has to be congratulations to Sue Harbottle Sear and her super boy Grand Premier Karesama Silver Seaprince who won his first Imperial Certificate in spite of formidable opposition! Helen Ek was delighted when Premier Karesama Sea Mercury was awarded Reserve Grand Premier and our own girl Tara, Grand Champion Karesama Silver Seashadow was delighted to be awarded a Reserve Imperial Certificate. A Friendly happy day. This report is about the Show of a club very close to my heart, the Asian Cat Association. Eleven years ago a small group of breeder got together and decided to create a Club in memory of the creator of the asian breed, Baroness Miranda Von Kirshberg. Miranda was a true gentlewoman and we all pledged to behave in a manner befitting her memory. During the years since the creation of the club over 200 people have joined our happy band and become members of a club with a family feel.
